Our commitment

Say It With A Bloom wants everyone to be able to send flowers, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

• Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour contrast requirements.
• Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard and shows a visible focus indicator.
• Gift options work as a standard radio group (arrow keys move between options), and each option shows a visible "Selected" mark that doesn't rely on colour alone.
• Form fields have visible labels, show which fields are required, support autofill, and give clear error messages for each field that screen readers announce.
• The animated video has a text description and respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• Pages still work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
• Error and "page not found" pages explain what happened and how to continue.

How we tested

We checked the site against WCAG 2.1 AA, then tested by hand using only a keyboard, at 200% zoom, and on mobile devices.
