What information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect the recipient's name and email address. When the recipient confirms their delivery address we collect their address, preferred delivery date, and optionally their phone number.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell your information to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
Payment information
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We send the recipient one email notifying them of their gift. We send you a confirmation when your order is placed and when the recipient confirms. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Data storage
Order information is stored securely. The recipient's name, delivery address, phone number and delivery notes are shared with our florist partner (Edible Arrangements) only to deliver the gift. The recipient's email is never shared with them. We retain order records for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@sayitwithabloom.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary to operate the site. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
